I tried to make a secondary additional email account in my paypal account but there is something wrong with it as it didn't add up and also the person who is supposed to give me a receipt with my primary paypal email address said there is something wrong with it .
Also I tried to email you but the send button is not working as well.
Will you kindly check if there is something wrong and why I cannot add an additional email address in my paypal account?
