Update Name

Hello,

I follow the instructions as stated on how to update my name. But the page doesn't have a submit button after I added my ID.

This just happened to me today. Was so frustrating!!! I searched the threads for the answer & never found it. However, I figured it out. I had added my DL & document in 1 file. Since they want your ID & a document to be uploaded, the site is looking for 2 files. Once you add your 2nd file the submit button will appear. (FYI I was just going to add this document 2x, but thought maybe this would cause it to be rejected. So I went ahead and uploaded my ID & document separately)
