Unable to update date of birth. DOB is currently blank.

 Hi I have 3 notifications on Paypal when I log in using my PC.

First - Bank account conformation went through smoothly. 

Second - Some account info is missing (DOB) I update it then press save. It just spins and spins and does not update. I have tried it on two browsers chrome and firefox the thing is spinning on my screen and does not stop. I have tried on my iphone app also however on the app it shows no notifications. The notification also states this needs to be resolved by the 16th of Feb.

Third - Money you receive from buyers will be put on hold and will be moved to your available balance after the order is fulfilled. (which I don't think is too much of an issue)

Seems to be an ongoing paypal glitch that lots of users are experiencing.
Your only option is to phone customer services and see if they will add the dob manually for you.
