Unable to reset password due to phone number is no longer used
So clearly it's a mess that when I tried to login one of my payal account, it's said I have to reset my password due to security reasons. Fine, and it asks me my email and need to verify via the phone I used for this account. However, the phone number is long gone and then I am in a dead loop. It only provide option to verify my identity via phone.
It does not let me verify using other ways, like email, or entering credit card number. How to fix it? Thanks.
