Unable to log in

Changed password, entered correct 2 step verification..but will not let me in. Returns to log in page. Please help

I can't log in either, I just go round in circles back to the login page! Driving me nuts and I can't get through to speak to anyone and call back didn't call me back.

But as someone else said, I can log in to the community.

I have the same problem. Can't login to make a payment or view my account. I've tried using security codes and also logging in with my security questions but it returns me to the login page each time.

I can log into the community, however.

Two factor auth moves me back to logon page.

I just got off the phone with paypal, they have disabled my 2 step verification and now I can log back in.

So maybe if you try ringing them up they will do they same for you too.

I just hope if I turn 2-step back on later it will still let me log in!

Most likly they are having some sort of bug or issue which they need to fix. As not having 2 form authentication is a HUGE security issue and is not advisable to turn it off. I myself am having issues as well. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I believe I have solved this, and you won't need to turn off 2-step. 

When I realized I couldn't get in by my computer, I logged in on my phone app and it worked perfectly fine. I then logged in via computer and I was finally able to log in to my account. Try it yourself and see if it works.
