Tired of "I am not a robot" and having to do a security sign in

I can't get to my PP acct without having to check "I am not a robot" and then having to type in a numbers/letters verification that usually takes at least two times before I can access account. Why is this happening all of a sudden after having this account for the past 19 years. Started yesterday. Ready to close this account if this is the way it will be from now on. And yes, I changed my password a few minutes ago and I still have to jump through hoops. Not happy.

This new security challenges are the biggest inconvenience EVER!!! I have 5 payments/donations that I make every 1st of the month.And I must logon for each one, each requiring a new security challenge. And typically I have to enter 3 codes in before it works. I'll tell you, if I can find another service, I will dump PayPal in a second.  It seems like a lot of sites started this yesterday - Halloween. Anyway, there is no way to contact a human being either to complain... Crap! There is a "I'm not a Robot" security challenge on this page to submit too!!!!!!!!!!!

This makes three of us. This process has become even more idiotic recently with the addition of disappearing and reappearing images with additional verification. This needs to go! This is how they will lose many customers in the future. I've been a customer since 2004 and I am about done with PayPal! It's time for them to get their act together or otherwise, we will be gone.
