I can't access my old account I had to obviously login to my new one but one of my friends accidentally sent money to an old account and I'm trying to get it transferred but it won't let me in because I don't know the old number what do I do this is the dumbest thing ever I need it tonight

Can you add that number/email address to your new paypal account and see if the funds show up?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
