Hello, Paypal community. I was recently issued a refund from a merchant, the cost of services was $279.00. The transaction indicated that the total amount was refunded but in the "Insights, Money In" there is $265.00. 1st. question - did Paypal take $14.00 for the transaction fee? 2nd question, does this money go back into the card I have on file, or does it stay in "Money In"? 3rd. the question, if money gets transferred back to the card that I have on file, how many days will that take?
