Problem with password reset

I have one more PayPal account and when I try to reset the password I get the message "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you" What can I do?

Hi playandwin69,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!

 

You can have one Consumer account and one Business account (it depends if you have different businesses).

 

I am sorry about your issue. Please contact us by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage so that we can look into this further.
