In order to enjoy PAYPAL, you MUST have a mobile phone. Otherwise, you will have to go through problems trying to get into the account. So if you do not like phones, PAYPAY is not for you. I called customer service, but there is no a solution. Nothing publish. Customer service cannot help. Start happening in 2021. So now what should I do? Get a phone or forget about the helpless system and service?
