Issue With Xoom Login

I have used PayPal login for Xoom and transferred money before successfully. But this time I'm getting an error on Xoom site. A HTTP 404 error - Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. I have tried clearing the cache and cookies on Chrome browser, but still the same. I also tried a different computer and MS Edge browser with the same result. Not sure how to contact Xoom support. Could be an issue on Xoom site.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
