Invalid date of birth

TRying to input a birthday when providing adittional info to my account, yet the date is marked as invalid, cannot withdraw money, am **bleep** off.

Support doesnt reply, am very **bleep** off.

I'm facing this same problem right now. I even called a customer service yesterday, I even received an email saying my account is verified and any limits were removed! Yet the acc is still limited. I need to pay for the rent right now and I don't know what to do. Have you managed to solve this issue?
