How to login when out of the USA and using a local SIM card

Hi, I have a personal paypal account (USA). I am currently travelling in Turkey and using a local SIM card. I have no means of taking calls or texts on my default US phone number.When I try to login, paypal interface asks me to provide a security code that'd be texted to my US phone. While there is an option to add a new phone number, it is not possible to add amy number that is not a US number. How can I login?

Before leaving you're supposed to contact PayPal to let them know if you plan on logging in from a different country. 

You'll need to contact support for this.
