How to change paypal account name in android

Hello guys I created my PayPal account 2 years ago and I just make it with my gaming name now I want to change it but I I am not able to do it there is no document upload option available in Android I mail to paypal support but got no reply please help me because I have to receive payment and I read at one place that if you have different name from your bank name the payment got rejected

If you opened a legal financial account with a fake or gaming name then sadly you can't change it.

Any documents you upload have to show the name on your account is your legal name OR been recently legally changed as in marriage for example.

Failing that you can change it for a minor spelling error but NOT a whole fake name.

So if i upload my documents will paypal change my name And what if i recieved payment and i have different name from my bank account name and thanks for your reply
