How to change my nationality

I want an option to change my nationality. Becxause i am not from the UK but at some point i used my friend's mom address because it was convinient for our records to be delivered there. now i want to order something from the states and bring here in S.A??

Paypal is country specific so you are supposed to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country. You can't change nationality on a country specific paypal account.

Yes as long as you can close it if its not a paypal account in your own country.
