How do you change business account to non-profit

Our non-profit organization set up an account as a business (mistake) and would like to correct this and change account to non-profit. I'm having difficulty contacting a person on the phone. Any advice on how to accomplish this task?

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
