How do i remove my email so people can only see my business name on checkout?

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering how I can potentially remove my email address so customers can only see my business name?
For example for customers it says you've authorised a payment to Toys R Us Pty Ltd (then my email address comes here)/
How can I remove my email and just have my company name?
