How To Delete PayPal Account Before Creating It Again From The Beginning With All New Information?

Hey,

It's been an year that I created my PayPal account and added some business information in it.

But now I don't have any business running and I want to turn my PayPal into normal customer account. for which i don't see any information. 

So now I want to delete my PayPal and all its information so that i can signup with all new information again. 

How can I do this? Please help me!
