Hello. I have 3 questions. Please help me.
1) I want change my Lastname. But i got married. I add new id cards but not send button. And dont change last name.
2)2) I updated my 2 card. First card is Yelobank. It is all ok. I asked my card's bank they said confirm code and i confirmed card. But second card (Ziraatbank). I asked they, but they said not sended confirmed code :(( Please say me other confirmed ways
3) Aliexpresses seller decived me. He didnt send my items and didnt answered me. But i paid unconfirmed card (Ziraatbank). Can i bought my money back?
