Hello, peoples! I'm Liana from Indonesia. I really need your help. So, I can't login my PayPal. When I login, they need me verify by SMS. To be honest, I got CoVid and now in Hospital Isolation, and I guess my signal bad. I don't get any SMS from PayPal. But my number or email still active. The problem is now it's showing PayPal not allowed me to do anything. It's says "PayPal can't confirm it's You" I also can't do forgot password or etc, it's same results; "PayPal can't confirm it is You". I already trying to contact via Twitter. And they suggest me to do phone calling to Customer Service. I do my best. I try call to Customer Service. But my English is limited so I don't understand what exactly they are saying about. So please help me, find the way to solve this and make me can login. Thank you so much, really.
