I bought a new phone and when I attempt to login, it wants to verify its me by sending a text to my old phone number. Everything I've tried keeps reverting me back to a one time security code by text. I've even reset my password and cant get through to anyone in the call center,, the automated line just says we cannot help you wth your problem at this time and disconnects the call. Can anyone help?? So I'm stuck and can't pull off the money I need.
