Debit card to PayPal account

Hi, guys.

       I cannot launch my debit card to PP account. Could it be the issue that I am in Ukraine and my debit card is Polish? Would appreciate any advice.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts etc from within that country.
