I just started a transfer to bring my PayPal account balance to $0. Can I close my account now, or do I need to wait until I actually see the deposit in my checking account? Also if I have a dispute that is unresolved will they just close the dispute or do I need to somehow force the dispute to be closed in order to close my account? Will PayPal claim my dispute is then settled when it is not?
