Cannot link Navy Federal Checking Accounts (one is personal, one is business)

I have had PayPal for at least 10 years, with my NFCU personal account (checking) attached with no problems.  I tried to add a new business account to my personal PayPay account and received a message "Sorry, we cannot link the account at this time".   I tried to use the interactive chat and I was informed in the message center that the 2FA  with NFCU probably causes a problem.  I even took off my personal NFCU account in the hope that I could coax the new one to link, and now of course I'm now with ZERO connection.  

 

I suspect the only solution is a several hour wait trying to reach a human customer service rep on the phone.  Any other tricks or advice appreciated.
