Cannot change primary account.

No transactions are outstanding,,, nothing has happened for a month... No 'make primary' appears in account list - only remove account which does not work.... How do I do this?

Sorry can't help because Paypal is country specific, advice given is dependent on what country you are in.

We can't advise folks that don't add their country to their profile or say what country they are in.
