Can't change Time zone!

Hi everyone,

I can't change the Time zone because this page "https://www.paypal.com/webapps/customerprofile/changeTimeZone.form" is not working and displays this error "redirected you too many times.".

Yep no option to set a time different from GMT -8.   I am GMT+2.  10hrs different.  Paypal site is very poorly constructed and we trust them to move our money!
