I'm trying to upgrade to a business account. Every time I hit NEXT, I get sent to the log in where I have to enter my personal paypal password. When I do, I get sent to the paypal home page, and the process repeats. I'm in some kind of loop and can't move forward. I've checked my security settings, and i believe I'm not clearing my cached files, cookies, or browsing history. What do I do next?
