dude how am I supposed to get into my account if you guys just keep saying "sorry we can't help with your inquiry right now"

This is a user to user advice forum and not paypal customer services so what paypal customer services does or does not do is up to them.
You haven't actually said why you can't log in so do you have a confirmed and up to date mobile (not landline) phone registered in your name linked to your paypal account for i.d. verification during log in? Or is that not your issue?

I'm not exactly too sure I tried accepting a $20 payment and it wouldn't let me so tried using different cards I had and eventually it gave me the "we've noticed some unusually activity " but the thing is I had to confirm my info with my old phone number that I don't have anymore and now it say's sorry we couldn't confirm its you
