I moved from UAE to Germany for 8 years but can not change my infos any more. I forgot my important questions. I want to close my account but can't do it.when I try to close my account it says that there is problem. Then forward me to customer service. in customer service there is no way to contact the responsible person. would you please close my account. then I will sign up for a new account
