primary phone number question

I have two primary phone numbers on my account. One is a primary home and the other is primary mobile. When I order online, PayPal gives out my home number, which is a landline and doesn't receive texts. I am unable to change this in the settings. I thought I would just delete the home number, but PayPal says I have to have two phone numbers in my profile. What do people do when they only have one phone number? If I can't resolve this, I will have to stop using PayPal for this one vendor who only sends out texts (not emails) to confirm that the product is ready for pick up. I would appreciate some advice.

Can you not just add your mobile number in the notes section during checkout?
