hello. this is a personal PayPal account. but today when I checked it shows and has the setting of a business account. I don't have a business account and now when I am receiving money from other people its asks me for product sale details to receive money. my money is on hold. so I want my account to be proper. my personal account also got this merchant ID out of nowhere. i think there has been a mistake so what should I do please help or give suggestions. thank you
You can sell on a personal and a business account and the information paypal request can be very similar + you are subject to the new seller hold regardless of account type.
I have a personal account with a Merchant ID as well, all accounts do.
