i tried to buy something in the ps4 shop i typed my password correctly like 20 times but it was incorrect. I changed my password and it still didnt let me log into my paypal account and like 4 tryies later it said that my paypal account is locked.
Olivia my ps4 will not let me do anything with my paypal account which I just created today because I wanted to purchase a game and now my ps4 is telling me that my paypal is locked and I have no clue how to fix it
If it's already associated with another PSN or XB account.. Remove it from the old one, then re-add it to the new one. For some reason and security purposes, Sony wants us to use ONE single PayPal email and link it to ONE Sony account. Would have been cool if I could add my PayPal info, link it to my other psn profiles but... "Its all for One, not One for all"
