I have a few questions/issues that don’t conform to the standard drop-down menu. Is there any way to contact a real, live person? Whether by email, chat, inbox, skywriting, etc.....

This is a community forum, if you want a Paypal employee then you need to .........

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

Thanks for the help! Found exactly what you were talking about. Having tried calling yet, but hopefully I’ll have success! I’m in an area that was affected by Hurricane Michael, so cell service is still not very reliable. Was hoping to be able to correspond online, but I’ll take what I can get.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
