I tried and waited multiple times as i clicked the submit updated details button; to my disappointment it continued spinning forever. Please help as I cannot use my account until this this done!

I am really sorry about your issue. Please, check compatibility with your phone. I would recommend that you restart your mobile and clear cache and cookies on your web browser and try again.
