how can I change the adress to one in another counrty

hi

i need to add another card which is from a bank in another counntry (austria) therefor I have to add my austrian adress but I. can only choose between italien regions and the postal code from my austrian city gets marked false.

please help

You can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.

So you probably can't add an international card either if the billing address of the card does not match the address on your paypal account.
