help!

Hey all.

When i log in i get this message:

When i try to recover my account i get this message:

Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again.

I contacted them from this account but they could not help me since i wasnt inlogged as my main account.

How do i contact paypal when i cant log in on the account i need help from?
