hi , i'm from morocco but i'm living in another country which is not available on paypal , i want to open a moroccan account on that country , my question is paypal will delet this account or not ??

You can't use an international account in another country.

If that country did not support paypal then you would not be able to use it anyway.

If you managed to set up one in another country then it would soon be limited and any funds frozen.
