Someone has stolen my debit card information and opened a fake paypal account. They were able to take 142.49 and 189.19 from my bank account before the card was closed. Has anyone else had the same problem? How do I find out the fake account number that is linked to my stolen debit card information since i was not the one that started this? My bank is refusing to refund money because they say that paypal is a secure way to pay for items. I am not sure what I need to do next.
