dont receive paypal text message code, when login in via computer

Hi All.

I login with my computer, type in user/pass.

Says it will send me a text message, I click Continue.

I never get the Txt message.

My provider (MetroPCS) says I have to give  2 codes to Paypal, 729725, 777539

Cant find a PayPal tele to call?
