changing credit card statement name - business account

I have changed my business name from "Gower Bags" to "nanny's little monkeys", but I am unable  to change my credit card statement name from Gower Bags to nanny's little monkeys.  Can this be done?

I just managed to change mine Wendy. I changed my browser from Firefox to Edge and added eBay as my sales venue. Before I had tried numerous times with no luck.
