can't log in using chrome and vpn

I have a merchant account.  Using Chrome & my VPN, the security challenge doesn't completely display (reCAPTCHA) so I can't log in.  It works OK with Firefox.  Do I need to turn off my VPN and lose the security it adds every time I want to access my PayPal account.  There doesn't seem to be a way to contact PayPal customer support anymore so not sure how much longer I can afford to use them to process payments and make payments for my business needs.

Are you using chrome extension or desktop application of the VPN provider?

I use purevpn's extension and have never faced any issues
