i want to change my acc type from business to personal. i found a solution here and i sent the email from help center but i had no response. please help
There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you. You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
Or
You could try removing all financial info / closing any subscriptions etc and closing your business account and then opening a personal account.
