Zip Code Error

I have no idea why but I've been trying to update my account to a business account for over and hour and keep getting an error message. I'm putting post postal code in the "Postal Code" spot, and yes, it says postal code right beside it, and I keep getting an error message saying Please enter a valid zip code. Excuse me? My account says that my nationality is Canada, my Address I used for my personal account is in Canada. The box says postal code and gives me an error about a zip code being wrong...? And then I come here to find other people with the same question and not one has been answered, meanwhile there is absolutely no way to contact Paypal themselves to get them to fix their **bleep** up and the customer service is literal garbage. Any ideas anyone or should I just stop wasting me time and switch to Swipe instead?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I had this error as well. I just used my Chrome mobile browser and registration worked just fine on there. Not sure why I got this postal code/zip code on desktop, neither Chrome nor Edge worked there.
