Why unable to insert Canada Postal code to match CC when changing address

I am unable to insert Canadian Postal code to match CC when changing address. It forces me to use a 4 digit numerical code I don't have.

I am simply changing address in the same town and the code worked fine before but won't let me update parts of the address either.
