I have followed all of the solutions and nothing is working. Every time I login to paypal now it takes me to a Chinese login screen, once i get login everything is in Chinese, I don't want to have to continually translate to English. And it doesn't matter which browser I use. I just want to delete my account and banking information and it wont let me. I'm done with Paypal and the lack of customer service and them hanging up on me when I call customer service.
