Hi guys. I do have my account locked after I tried to recover my old account because my brother sends me some money but in this old account. I contact paypal on facebook, on messages centre and also I tried to call +<Removed>and its looks like the phone number is close due the covid staff issue. I tried anything, I even email european service of paypal as a real agent guided me but from 12 February until today no one answered. I do have my passworld, access to my e-mail registered and all the detailes needed but it seems that the security of paypal is so strict that even our own accounts we can not access it. Can anyone help me? Thanks
