There were years I used PayPal and it was great. Then I got hacked and stopped using it. Seemed to get better now it’s back to being hacked again. And it is accepting payments to known bogus accounts and then not helping. I want to close my account for protection and PayPal won’t let me because I have an unresolved claim. But they aren’t talking to me about it and continue to pay money to claims. What to do?
