Hello, I've tried purchasing a Spotify one month Premium gift for someone today and realized I had a phone number that is not in use anymore on my account when it asked me to confirm the purchase by SMS code. I went to my account and changed the number to my current one and now whenever I try to log in it says "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". I seem to have some other problems as well, for example when I've created my account on this community since it's my first time here, when it asked for me to consent, if I'd click Agree it'd say the same thing, yet for some reason when I denied the consent and tried again it worked.
