My country is set to Vietnam(I dont know how?). I need to verify my Account while my country is India. Currently all my Account settings are coming as per the Vietnam. Please tell me how to change those to India.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you live in and add an address phone number and bank card info issued in that country. If you opened the wrong countries paypal account then its useless to you as you would not be able to verify it or use it properly.
