Unable to restore full account access

Hi.

 

I've been asked to verify my account, giving the utility bill informations and all that good stuff. I've also confirmed my bank account, where they sent two small deposits to confirm. Did that. But now, still, when i log in i get this notification in which it says:

 

There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access.

 

And it says i need to add a bank account. BUT I ALREADY HAVE DONE SO.

 

What the hell do i need to do? Can't i write somewhere and get this lifted?
